Welcome! My name is Jen Jackson. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Illinois & a Reiki Master. I have a combined 20 years in Massage Therapy and Energy Work. My passion lies in helping my clients find the connection between the Body + The Mind. You, as a person, are more than just the physical nature of your being. Trauma and pain lie deep in the cells of your body. Emotional pain translates into physical pain, which causes aches, pains, depression and dis-ease, to name a few. If this resonates with you, I’d love you work with you! Each session is customized to your needs. We work together to find the right path for your healing journey. No two sessions will be the same which reflects where you are on any given day you come in. Intuition plays a vital role in how I work with each client. I love to “follow the energy” as many of my clients say. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing the positive experiences and changes that occur after a client has been on the table! Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens, but late cancellations and missed appointments leave little or no opportunity to fill that time.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. The balance must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.
REPEATED CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING: If late cancellations or rescheduling become a recurring issue, full prepayment may be required to reserve future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS: Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting the next client. The full scheduled service price still applies.
NEW CLIENTS: A valid card on file is required to reserve an appointment.
